Information about App User location when the mobile application is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Transaction information related to Businesses’ use of our services, including the type of membership class purchased, date and time the deals are provided, number and frequency of deals offered and claimed, amount charged, and other related transactional information.

Personal Information: We may collect and use information you provide us with, including (where applicable):

App User Information, such as your full name, date of birth, email address, physical address, phone number, payment information (such as your credit card number, cardholder name, and card expiration date, if applicable), and any other information that you have provided to us through your use of our Platform or otherwise.

Business Information, such as your full name, date of birth, business name, business hours, business description, email address, physical address, phone number, payment information (such as your credit card number, cardholder name, and card expiration date), bank account details, and any other information that you have provided to us through your use of our Platform or otherwise.

App User reviews of products and services provided by Businesses.
(b)
If you link your account with third party sites (such as Facebook or Google), we may obtain the information you have provided to that third party, to the extent allowed by the third party site and authorised by you.

Information provided by third parties that we work with (such as sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers and technology).

We may collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information (including the personal information you provide to us and that we obtain from third parties or through third party technology) for a number of purposes, including:

to provide, manage, monitor, maintain, develop and improve our services and the Platform;

to conduct market, product or sales research, data processing and statistical analysis, and business improvement analysis;

to send you promotions and other information from us or any of our partners that we think you may be interested in;
(e)
to carry out aggregated statistical data analysis or market research;
(f)
in order for third parties to provide us with services, including in relation to our Platform;
(g)
as part of our efforts to keep our Platform safe and secure;

to conduct and develop our business; or
(i)
do anything otherwise required or permitted by law.

to App Users to enable them to utilize the services you provide, including your name, contact details, business details, average user rating, and any other information relevant to the provision of the services;
(c)
to third party organisations, agents and service providers to assist us in providing the services, as well as conducting market and business research and analysis for any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy;
(d)
where a App User posts a review of a Business, that rating or review may be public on the Platform; and
(e)
to other third parties as required or permitted by law.
